Hi, Im a 24 yr old male 5'9 190. Im stocky but trying to lose about twenty lbs. I workout with heavy weights about 3-4 times a week and play basketball for a few hours twice a week. Im trying to lose some fat. I'm not too sure on how many calories, protein, fat etc i should get.
Based on a calorie calculator i found online it says
Maintenance:
2536 Calories/day, Fat Loss: 2028 Calories/day
Im going to try to eat all healthy food/meats. this is what someone advised me. I'm pretty sure it might be wrong but can someone please explain what I need?? thanks
so for fat (.45x190) 86g
protein(1.0x190) 190g
carbs(3gx190) 570g
