    Absolutely.

Caloric Deficit + Protein (~1g/lb lean body mass) + Lift heavy

Sprinkle in lots of time and you have yourself some fat loss!
    Was: 330
    Now: 240

    Cut 03/10 - 02/11 (-90 lbs)
Bulk 02/11-03/11 (Estimated +10 pounds - mental break)
    Cut 03/11 - 09/11 (210 lbs goal)

    Deficit, Lift Heavy, Time
    Light weight baby!

I can't accurately gauge if you will be able to lose the weight - sorry - I don't do "time frames" as

    a) It depends on so many factors

    b) You should be in it for the long haul

    Sure you can.

Cardio however has other benefits aside from helping you to lose weight though.

I say stop being a puss and just do your cardio.

Three days a week is all you need. If you hate long cardio sessions on the bike, then look into HIIT cardio. Twenty minutes will do.

yes, fat loss is all about creating a calorie deficit all cardio does (from a loosing fat perspective) is create a larger deficit but u could focus the whole deficit on you diet and as you said lift heavy 3x per week and eat 1 - 1.5g of protein per lb LBM to maintain muscle mass.

Not to be a dick OP, but you just sound like another lazy person that wants to drop weight quick for some occasion or season and just go back to being a fatass. I can say that without feeling guilty, because I was like you a year or so ago.
Do yourself a favour and work your ass off. Do the cardio. You don't need it, but you'll feel better about everything if you do. Lift until you ache and eat good food on your deficit. Give your body what it needs. Now if you have some disease or issue which won't allow you to get your heartrate up, or some physical dissability, then I appologize, but if not, don't be a lazy ass and get to work!

Really dont know why so many people are so against cardio .. sure its possible to lose that weight without the cardio but there are so many more benefits to cardio then just burning some calories.

yeah you can. take jack3d and then superset all your workouts. i did that over the summer and got lean quick without running. but as a result my stamina is much lower than it was now that i am off jack3d. but it is possible!

    you are ignorant.

some people dont do cardio so they can save it,mto introduce it at a later time during the cut when they start to flat line, then after cardio you introduce an ec stack or fat burner, then introduce carbcycling

Dear Frederick, thank you for your nice letter, but I am actually a US Marine who was born to kill, whereas clearly you seem to have mistaken me for some sort of wine sipping, communist dick suck. And although peace probably appeals to tree hugging bi-sexuals like you and your parents, I happen to be a death-dealing, blood-crazed warrior who wakes up every day just hoping for the chance to dismember my enemies and defile their civilizations.
