BF works great with high volume training. Also you are a young guy and probably have a high metabolism, so definitely make sure you keep your cals up. Also having a willing participant, hand puppet, etc... will come in handy for the libido boostOriginally Posted by MIDNCTG

That's great to hear because I just switched to a high volume routine after doing the same routine as long as I've been liting. As far as diet I've heard this makes you eat like a horse which is good because yes I do have a high metabolism and I'm trying to put on a few pounds over winter break so I figured this would help, upping calories as of today. What do you mean by high volume training? I'm the middle of German Volume Training (about 5 weeks to go), and I'll be starting my BF TZ stack tomorrow morning.

Referring to amount of reps/sets. From what I understand the training you are gonna do is very taxing and supports muscle growth so you should be good. You can really push your limits on Bioforge bc recovery is awesome.Originally Posted by Skobb
