Hello ive posted about this alot, But i dont want to make mistakes and quit or fail hence why i seek information .
Im 21 years old im 225 im around 6ft2, abit flabby wanna drop 20 - 30 pounds, problem being i dont eat veg or fruit it makes me sick. So ill be eating lots of meat, chicken/steak/beef, no fast food or junk.
Supplements ive come up with so far:
fish oil tabs
multi vits
gold standard whey - choc - semi skimmed milk - 1 scoop of low fat ice cream for texture - 2 scoops of protein, no alot of you will say dont add milk or the ice cream! but i cant drink whey on its tod with water, i havent even tried it with the milk or ice cream im just hoping it resembles a milk shake so i can stomache it.
Plan to do the entire 90 days on whey and fish oil and multi vits, any other info you would like to give me before i start .
