    Is there any reason besides the delicious taste of myo that you are taking 5 scoops a day? You don't need spread out your protein intake throughout the day. Meal timing is irrelevant.

    Id rather not eat fast food then be starving all day wasting 1200 calories that I could use on foods that would fill me up for more than 5 minutes. That could be like 2 pounds of chicken breast and 7 servings of frozen veggies.

But I currently am doing an internship in Switzerland so in the context of eating fast food AND knowing the macros therein, I would have to eat at a McDo. That said, there is a pristine tub of Chunky Monkey sitting in my freezer...... hmmmmmmmmmmm
