Awesome work.
A PWO protein shake is not necessary, although there is also nothing wrong with it.
Is there any reason besides the delicious taste of myo that you are taking 5 scoops a day? You don't need spread out your protein intake throughout the day. Meal timing is irrelevant.Control group crew membership revoked 7/5/2022 1:50pm PST not proud.

Normally, I abhor McDonald's in favor of better fast food joints. But I currently am doing an internship in Switzerland so in the context of eating fast food AND knowing the macros therein, I would have to eat at a McDo. That said, there is a pristine tub of Chunky Monkey sitting in my freezer...... hmmmmmmmmmmm
