Congrats to the fellas at Gaspari. They came in with a mission and accomplished it. Nice work fellas, and all for a great cause. It's great that Corporate could get behind it, along with Gaspari and BB.com... Shows what cooperation within the industry can do.

Undeniable that the Gaspari boys brought it... No denying that. You'll never catch me talking sh*t on that very dark day. Haha.

We screwed ourselves, those dudes were lean and athletic and our average weight as a team was 50 lbs heavier than theirs to a man. No way to win a bodyweight for reps competition.

To this day I tip my hat to those fellas, til we meet again.

    Peace, G

since everyone is here i have a question about my supplement stack
lets start off with im 21 and a US Marine and i am subject to a lot of physical training on top of my weight training and i recently started doing bodybuilding competitions 2years ago. i already strive to get 8hrs of sleep a night or more, eat 8 small meals a day. let me just say i have the big 3 squared away. now to my topic. i am using a stack and i am really looking for some great advice as to what im taking and what i could do better in the supplement category.
heres my current stack with timing:

wake up - T-bomb, 1 scoop ON 100% whey, 1 scoop fitness fiber and 1 scoop mhp glutamine SR
after BF 06:00 - Anavite, 1 scoop oximega greens
After Lunch 11:00 - 1 pack animal omega
    after dinner 16:00 - T-bomb
2hrs pre-workout - 1 blister pack of plasma jet and yok3d on plasmajets off days
    30min pre-workout - superpump max
    during workout- purple wraath
post workout- green magnitude, glutamine SR and Anavite
30min after postworkout - 2scoops myofusion probiotic series
after post workout meal - animal flex
pre-bed time - animal pm and novedex xt

could i please get some reps from the respective companies opinions on the use of their products, when to take them and ideas on how to make this a better stack. could there be any additions or replacements to what i already mentioned? any input would be appreciated

No issues with your supplement timing, that part looks solid. I would only say that maybe you're overkilling it a little with the supplements. I can't really comment on other brands, but some of the products you are taking are more useful and effective than others. You'll have to research them a little and see which ones have better feedback.

    And thanks for the support.

I can def help ya with any Animal questions... the Omega, Flex and PM. What specific questions do ya have brotha? These three are foundational supps meanin' ya don't have to "cycle" them on any kinda schedule.

do you think its ok using animal pm with novedex xt b4 bed and do you think there should be a spread on their timing? bc right now i'm taking them 30min apart. on another note do you think there is anything that animal/universal can offer that's better to replace some areas in this stack. im open to any suggestions for better results, recovery and strength. and of course anything that can help keep some money in my pocket. also im about 14days into this current stack.

I think the following products would make a good foundation for your stack and are ones that I would personally use: Animal Omega and Flex, protein, Superpump MAX, Green Mag, and Anavite.

i agree with you to those being foundational.

could i get your personal opinion on plasma jet and novedex xt? plasma jet is my favorite overall product and its better than its replacement of vasotropin sadly. and the same goes with novedex being a more effective product than viridex. and since saw that you didnt put those up there as products you would use and im curious as to why. in all honesty im thinking i should drop the t-bomb, glutamine and fiber. and as much as i like purple wraath and green mag i think i need to go back to sizeon max performance, bc i notice it's helped me alot more during bulking cycles than the other 2

Plasmajet is a good pump product and the vascularity is insane for me. If you are budget conscious, you will get more mileage out of Superpump MAX though. Novedex XT has been discontinued and recalled, so I really can't recommend it for that reason.

i just so happened to stock up on a couple bottles of novedex and a couple boxes of plasma jet. PJ is good till aug. 2013 and my novedex is good till feb 2013.
i just bought them as soon as i saw them disappear from bb.com and saved them for later use. your prolly right on the plasma jet though bc i could prolly just use 2 scoops of max which ive only done that less than a handfull of times out of the numerous bottles ive used. again i appreciate all your insight and time.

PM def before bed... Novedex too? I think for that, Iceman will have better input than I...
