    Question Muscle juice or Serious mass..!!

    hi, to all bodybuilding members.

    I'm totally confused in these 2 product. I want to gain weight. but one person told me muscle juice is best and another person told me ON serious mass is best. can any one suggest me which one is best or any other product.? I'm too much under weight and i want to gain 10-12kg. please suggest me. THANK U ..!

    i make my own mass gainers, there alot healthier and you can mix it around to whatever calorie total you like
    try adding things like milk, peanut butter, oats to your whey protein shake and it soon adds up the calories

    muscle juice is pretty good. Tastes awesome... easy 1300+ cals in a day (w/milk). Add in peanut butter and similar and its a great gainer for cheap. Hell add in peanut butter and stuff and cut the serving in half and it lasts a month and you still get ~900cals or so in a sitting for $25.

    Calories/carbs/fat/protein in a half serving with whole milk (12oz) and peanut butter (2 tbsp):

    I'm starting my second bag of serious mass march 1. The first bag took me 23 days to finish and from start to 30 days later i put on 11lbs and still have the weight. My diet also helped and I was in the gym six days a week. Everyone gets different results with different diets. Best of luck

    on my second bag right now. gained about 15 pounds from the first and about half this one. eat alot and hit the gym 6 days a week. stuff rally works for me.

    Also notice that no matter what you go with, everyone else's diet and exercise is in check. This is just to add to it (I can't eat enough in a day to get 3000+ cals, so I have to have something like this to bump me up so I can keep growing).
