Been a few months since my last update...wanted to get some feedback on how I am doing. Quick background, I am 33 years old and 6'5" tall...I'm formerly morbidly obese and lost 240 lbs between Jan 2008 and Oct 2008 with some help from my rerouted plumbing (Gastric Bypass...haters can keep it moving). So after regaining my health I decided to focus more on strength training to take myself to the next level. My long term goal was to reach 250 lbs at around 10-12% body fat. Well, after 10 months of 5-6 days a week in the gym, and a few bulk/cut cycles I'm currently sitting at 244 lbs and about 16% body fat. I'm going to continue bulking for a bit and then cut around April and hopefully be where I want before Summer's out.
My waist and hips have remained consistent, but I've gained:
+ 34 pounds
+7.5" shoulders (now 55.5")
+ 3.5" chest (now 46")
+ 4.0" arms (now 18")
+ 2.0" forearms (now 14")
+ 2.0" thighs (now 24")
+ 1.5" neck (now 17.5)
+ 0.5" calves (now 16.5")
How am I doing? All comments, questions, suggestions are appreciated.

Pretty good...I've more than doubled everything in 10 mos...I don't max out so I dunno about that, but I do 3 sets/10 reps of 8 lifts daily (chest/tri - back/bi - shoulders/legs), 5-6 days a week - here are a few examples...
Dumbell Bench Press - Start 45 lbs, Now 100 lbs.
Dumbell Preacher Curl - Start 25 lbs, Now 55 lbs.
Overhead Barbell Press - Start 65 lbs, Now 135 lbs.
Shrugs - Start 180 lbs, Now 450 lbs.Former Fatty. 6'5"...from 450 lbs to 210 lbs....
NOW HELP ME GROW!
