does anybody have specific drills to get rid of butt wink, I don't have a bad case of it I just want to fix it. what is the causes?
so far I've Heard
Tight lateral hamstrings
tight glutes
tight hips
lack of ankle mobility
weak lower back
so which one is it? and how do I fix it
