Thanks for posting my before picture from when I was 16 years old. Kinda creepy though, not going to lie.
This is me now. Decent transformation eh?

Jeff 21 years old.
Bench - 280
Squat - 335
Deadlift - 485
Also, you say your 28, your profile says your 30. Just wondering. 7 years is a big difference so.PR's: 365 | 280 | 500 = 1145 lbs

Glad to embarrass myself.
current numbers
@ bw = 175 lbs
Squat (deep) 305 x2
bench 230
dead 370
Old numbers were more @ bw = obese 220 lbs. I had/have to redeem myself all the way around. I want better all time numbers at bw = 165. That's my ultimate goal.

Wow, that would make your 3 lift total 1890 which is more than 10 times your BW! I Post a video. I don't think any raw lifter has done 10 times his BW that I've heard of yet. Dan Green is pretty close and he's pretty damn strong so you must hold some world records...or you could if your lifts are true. Are your lifts raw or equipped?

A while back I squatted 410 at 169 and while doing a weightlifting study recently I benched 335 (barely missed locking out 350) and deadlifted 550 at 170 bodyweight.
