Im curious how I stack up here with other people my weight. If you think i'm full of bs call me out on a lift because that really is a huge compliment to me and if enough people claim its impossible at my weight i might even make a video of me doing it.I havent seen any1 pound for pound touch the weight I do at the gyms I go to.
Ok I'm 6ft 160 lbs 28 years old
Here are the main lifts
Max flat bench 345
Max incline bench 315(Idk why its so close to my flat im thinking cause my military press is nice?)
Max SITTING military press(Harder than standing)255
Max deadlift 495
Max squat 405(my squat and legs in general are weak compared to my upper body)
Secondary lifts
I curl 160 which is my weight on the barbell 3 sets of 4 reps good form both wide grip and close grip.
I can rack the lat pulldown machine at my gym which is 260 lbs 3 sets of 3 reps front 3 reps back.
I rep 275 close grip bench press 3 sets of 4 for tri's
Lemme know what you guys think and call me out if you think i'm just posting bs on a certain lift I love hearing it.Also lemme hear what some of you guys do.

last year at 159, I bench pressed 310. It was just after I had cut down, hadn't lost any strength.

Everything I post is my opinion based on a relatively respectable education and a good amount of time in the weight room. If we disagree, so be it, let's have some intelligent debate.

Most I've ever benched was 300, standing press 160, squat 405, and deadlift 455 (This was a while ago, however I did 415 for 6 on my last set of 5/3/1 yesterday). All the maxes are pretty old, haven't tested in a while.

I can't really post since I'm too huge to be in this thread, but my little brother is pretty strong at 165. He totals 480/350/525=1355.
480 squat:
637/390tng/615 - belt/wraps, best gym lifts.
600/370/600 - best competition lifts.
575/330/560 - best competition lifts at 181 raw.
