I am 165 lbs. My stats are squat (365), bench (265), deadlift (495). No offense, but with your height at 160 lbs, I would like to see some vids. I am way too light for my class. You should be in the 220's at your height at least the 198's. Anyways, post vids of squats and bench. Idc about the deadlift. I think you squat is high and your bench is bull****.

Bench: 245x5 (so probably around 275?)
Squat: 270x3 (really trying to work on depth, so it's pretty low atm)
Deadlift: 370x2 (so probably around 390?)
155 lbs right nowFeb 1, 2013 (started getting serious)/Current maxes at bw of 156-162lbs
Bench 205x3 (went back up about two inches before touching chest)/300
Squat 230x5 (half squat)/350 (below parallel)
Deadlift 185x5/475
