    I take in at least 180 grams of protein a day. Eat the same **** day in and day out.

    Protein source: chicken breast, steak, Whey, egg whites, veggies.
    Carbs: Oatmeal, brown rice, white rice, sweet potato.
    Fat: mainly Olive oil.

    read "starting strength" and "practical programming for strength training"... the starting strength program will give you better progress as a beginner than any fancy bodybuilding program... srs

    Your diet can be sub par but a great work ethic will get you good gains.

    Guys I see in the gym that are there everyday and look like they don't lift don't give 100%

    Yes, I srsly think i do have low test lvls. Diet was good, but not perfect. I eat same **** every day to keep it basic.
