Hey guys,
New to the forums so I'm not sure if this topic should go here but
Okay heres the issue.. Been working out a lot for the past two months and things are going great. I can definitely tell the difference in my body and can see heaps of muscle growth.
The problem is I have been noticing that the left shoulder and my trap muscles are growing faster and bigger than my right side. I do the same weights and reps on both sides, form is always correct as I was taught by a body builder but for some reason the left muscles are growing faster, bigger and stronger than the right muscles.
PS: I am right handed.
Any idea why or how this can be fixed? And yes, it is noticeable! =[

If you are right arm dominant, your right tricep could be stronger then your left meaning your triceps are doing more work on your right side and your shoulder is doing more work on your left side.
