What ECA stack do you use and where to buy?

I've been using yellow bullets that have 300mg caffeine, 25g ephedra, and Yohimbine

Bronkaid(around $12) and regular caffeine pills(250mg) from local health food store ($5). Be careful with using yohimbe and ephedrine at the same time. It is usually not suggested to run simultaneously because of potential blood pressure issues. I usually get my bronkaid through drugstore.com and use ebates.com for the additional cash back.

Bronkaid, 25 mg ephedrine per pill, 60 pack, from CVS, other stores sell the 60 pack but some sell the 25 pack which is gone way to quick. Anyway, that and No-Doz 200mg caffeine per pill.

3 times daily.

One after waking on empty stomach, then next 4 hours later, and last 4 hours after that.

What caff pills are 250? The no doz and others i've found are standard 200.

My mistake.....it is 200mg. No doz is ridiculously priced for a caffeine pill. I wanna say the brand is ProLab or something like that. Or if you do a supplement order from here caffeine is pretty cheap too.

Eh, the no doz I get I think is like a bunch of pills for like 8 bucks. I figure if I order from here the shipping would be to much.

Honestly, BB.com needs to do like amazon and have a prime membership where you pay 70$ or so a year and get free 2 day shipping on all items. That would be such a boost. I'm about to email them and tell them that.

First time i took it the weight started dropping quick. OVer time its less effective but the first month is money.

If you guys could get straight Ephedrine (up here in Canada, its not regulated <=8mg pills) would you use that over those other meds?

I get my Caffiene, EGCg, and Ephedrine from a local supplement store. NOW EGCg (400mg/tab), 4EverFit Caffiene (200mg/tab), 4EverFit Ephedrine (8mg/tab), like the post above said regarding Canadian regulation. I can confirm from my experience that EC works.

I don't take the Aspirin and never have.

Did the Bronkaid and Caffeine combo this morning. It cost me $20 for 60 bronkaid tabs and 100 caffeine pills, which is actually more expensive than the $30 I pay for one bottle of yellow bullets.

But, it worked. I wake at 5am or earlier and eat casein+and heavy whipping cream and in the past three weeks I've been ravenous at around 9:30, but today I'm just fine.

And I would rep DevilDog and Masster, but apparently I need to spread some around before I can rep them again.

Interesting, so I stopped taking my OxyElite for about 2 months now. Looking for something to REALLLY kick the fat off me.

But, I am sensistive to caffinee....

any advice on supps ?

Check the link i posted up top, it is to the fat burner ephedra free thread. Read through some of the later pages. Honestly, I'm not well versed on all of them especially ones that don't have a lot of caffeine.

And before someone else says it, nothing is going to kick the fat off except strict diet and an exercise plan.

Fat burners, while I think they do something, are mostly motivational and give ppl the extra motivation to push it in the gym. EC stack does crush appetite. It's the only thing I've tried that does that.

I would like to take Yohimbine and I looked up some here = the reviews say your heart is pounding out of you chest, Idk if I like that.
I get anxiety if I have a overdose of caffinee... the amino energy I have for preworkout makes my anxiety rise a little. Its a very uncomfortable feeling.

I'm pretty sure you can stack a stim based fat burner with Lean Xtreme. I plan on doing it.

I actually just ordered OEP and Lean Xtreme to run in about a month. Price wasn't great at all though. 80$ for the stack. I plan on taking them together.

With mine I'm going to take,

2 OEPs in the morning first thing along with 1 LX. (6:30 am)

5 hours later, 1 LX (11:30 am)

3.5-4.5 hours later, 1 OEP (b/t 3-4 pm)

work out around 4:30 pm

then take one final LX around 6:30, an hour after my post work out shake, and approx 30 minutes before dinner.

So total: 3 OEP daily and 3 LX.

Thats my plan, I'm not positive how to stack what you have with it.
