Everytime I can remember going on a minimal carb diet, by about the 3rd day of my diet, during my workout... I always get terribly exhausted and nauseous nearing the end of my workout.
I am curious if this has something to do with the body transitioning to Ketosis or whether it was just a coincidence that my intensity was overwhelming on these days.
Rarely does a workout make me feel like that, just curious.
For further information, typically being in the army, I have just eat whatever meats they put on my plates, pick around the noodles or whatever might have been served. I typically dont count my Macro Nutrients because of Military Dining but I know that I typically eat less than 15grams a day of carbohydrates. The worst is breaded chicken/schnitzel or tortilla wraps.
When I did this diet before, I would go continuously on low carbs and lots of cheese and meat. and maybe once a week have a cheat meal, now I'm trying to do a higher fat minimal carb diet, adding more oils and cheese to everything.

The very first time I went on a low/no carb diet I felt horribly sick for 2 days, then I was fine after. Push through it and see if you can make it through the first week.
