I have a real hard time with my bench. Last year I got up to 265, and could do 225 6x, but once I stopped bulking it dropped practically overnight.. now Im doing 185 again. feelsbadman.jpg

Huge ass wingspan here (probably like a 6'8 wingspan, at least.. Really long arms). I can hit 225x6-7, I would say. I don't pause PL style, but I do go slowly on my negative and touch my chest.

two weeks ago I did 2x10 with 225. Last week did 230 for 10 the first set and second set did it for 8. So could probably get 225 for like 12 on first set.
