White Flood Review.

hey guys not to aggravate anybody but i wanted to bump this thread with each update in the big three. last week my dead lift max was 225 and Friday on white flood i got 290. and also i though maybe 225 was a fluke thing on bench press because it was a 20 pound jump in 4 days, well friday i got 230 on bench so i guess its legit.
Im not saying white flood is some super steroid to make you gain super strength in a week, but for me it wakes me up and gets my intensity back (that i have been lacking) and i feel like im giving it all i got again. review over lol

yea...no other use than just strict energy...great product but its not gonna turn you into the hulk...after drinking it, it just adds motovation to push yourself harder. i use to be big into PW's but now i've got the the point where i eat a **** load of carbs 2 hours and take a caffine pill before walking over to the gym...cheaper and just as effective...BUT dont get me wrong...the **** does give you a boost, but i'm just a ball'a on a budget! lol

I've used a lot of pres and I prefer WF over all others. It tastes great, mixes easily, and NO CRASH. I have Hemo Rage UC in the cupboard and I really don't like how I feel when I use it and afterward.

Also the price per serving ratio is ridiculous.

I just recently tried WF Too, the lemonade flavor was delicious, a far through better then the Chemical taste of Maximize V2. I'm pretty resistant to any sort of stims, but I def noticed some increased pumps and vascularity where I normally don't have it on this product. Definitely including it in my rotation from now on.

Good read man! I just ordered whiteflood and a couple of other products that I will review... shipping time 7-14 days tho :/ But good to know people are seeing results with it. Personally, I don't expect any strength gain whatsoever because I usually don't see that with PWO products, but we'll see. I use them mostly for energy.

One thing I'm a bit worried about tho is being able to handle like 2,5 scoops of NO Xplode, because I hear white flood is less potent (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3RsNAnHnxls) ("no very powerful, but good in terms of mental focus"... "not as potent as Jack3d but maybe better for mental focus or if you are very sensitive to stimulants"). these guys seem to take a very objective approach, looking at every ingredient and weighing the product up as a whole.

Being less potent in terms of stims is definitely not necessarily a bad thing, because some people react strongly to them. However, I would like something to really get me going. On the good side of things, they do seem to quite explicitly say that the product is of good quality and one of them even uses it himself, which I can only see as a seal of approval.

Can anyone comment on the potency of white flood in terms of energy boost compared to other PWO products like NO Xplode, Superpump, Jack3d...?

White Flood is definitely not as heavily stimmed as some other preworkout products intentionally. It does not use 1,3 dimethyl. The energy is meant to be good and steady without an overstimmed feeling (nausea, heart palpitations, jitters, crash afterwards).

It is potent, but you are not going to feel cracked out. This is one of the main reasons we suggest taking 2-4 weeks off all stims before trying the product so you can gauge it accurately. If you have been on heavy stims recently you will have a tolerance built up from them and wont experience the true effects

Thats a good idea. If you are using Green Mag it has some stimulant free energy boosters in there that will help with your workout.

If you've been on stims for a while and you cut preworkouts, soda, coffee, tea, etc out of your diet...you are possibly going to be in for some good headaches, drowsiness and irritability the first week off from stimulant withdrawal. Make sure to be pushing the water (you want to anyway with GG)

Very true. I found when I first started cycling off after being on stims for quite a while, I was drowsy as hell the first week. You really just have to push through it.

The preworkouts work so much better when you come back after an off cycle.

I noticed there was a lot of questions and stuff but im in a hurry so ill try to hit as many as i can, from my experience. I went with white flood for 2 main reasons, it didnt have as many stims as other and no creatine. i would recommend white flood for anyone doing a workout in the morning, it wakes you up it 30 minutes or so and keeps me awake ALL day. Now keep in mind i do not ingest any caffeine other than white flood. it actually helps you focus alot. If your taking 2.5 scoops of NO xplode you deff. need a break before expecting anything from white flood. i use white flood 3 times and week and look forward to everyday i use it. amd there is NO crash at all. for me, when i get done in the gym the energy just slowly calms down until im normal again. yet again great product.

absolutely, no reason to have 1,3 dimeth in a workout product at all. creatine is best dosed larger than most preworkouts have, which is why we have a standalone green magnitude for creatine
