I apologize that you had sides from it. Those seem very uncommon and this is the first time I've heard someone saying they had emotional side effects from ErgoBurn.
Why didn't you return it for a refund? No need to flush money down the drain =/
Have you tried other stimulants before? What side effects did you receive from them? Im just trying to see if this is more of an isolated case, or what might have caused this.
We have had a lot of people showing great success from ErgoBurn.RIP mainsqueeze530

non stim is deff the way to go, i dont even take them preWO
i would much rather run a few extra miles to burn the extra cals than take a thermo
i feel more of an increased body temp from coffee vs thermos if you really want that effect (although this is just how i feel personally, nothing else to back it)
