Hey guys,
Just curious - do most of you
a) Plan exactly what you're going to eat each and everyday to be the exact # calories you want
or
b) Just count as you go and stop when you reach your set amount (e.g. 1800)
Just curious!

I do A for bulking and B for cutting. When cutting I'm just eating at a deficit and aiming for 1-2lbs loss per week, so if I eat a bit more or less it won't matter so much as I'll still lose weight at the 1-2lbs range, but when I'm bulking I'm aiming for 1lb a week exactly if possible, so undereating means I'm not gaining as much as I want, and overeating means I'm at a higher chance of gaining fat.
That's just my poor logic anyway lol, but it works for me.Brazilian Crew |<o>|

I have a general plan of how many calories/macros I want to hit at each meal, but decide what I want to eat as the meal comes up. That way I have options whilst still being exact on my overall diet.
