Magnesium Creatine Chelate vs. Creatine Monohydrate

Which one gives better results? I've done a search but there has been an insufficient information.

I think you will find it varies depending upon the person. Try them both and see which works best for you.

I've been surveying and roaming around the supplements area most of my forum life. And I've come to a generic yet proven outcome.

All supplements are body-dependent. Trial and error will be your ultimate method to find out which supplement is for you. The cheapest/most expensive ones can be for you or not for you. I will be comparing now. I'm on Celltech as of now. Will try Green Magnitude.

If I wasn't using mono now I'd go with Green MAG. It also tastes really good.

I'll be getting a Green Magnitude + Allmax Creatine Mono. I've heard a lot of bad stuffs from Mono. The bloating and stuff. Ratio would be like 3:1. Bloated to non-bloated. Will have to try it for myself though.

Monohydrate doesn't bloat you, the people who have issues with it take too much. You don't need a lot of monohydrate to keep you saturated. After you are saturated then 2-3 grams daily is enough to keep you there.

I'm just planning to get rid of this Celltech so I'm drinking 10g of Creapure from it. And I don't know how much creatine I'm getting from my preworkout drinks since most, if not all, of them are prop. blend.

I responded better to green mag than mono, but I didn't want to spend $80 for 200 days worth. With such a small difference in gains, I changed to mono.

This is likely true for almost everyone. The bloating many associate with creatine monohydrate is due to a larger than necessary dose.

I would choose monohydrate if it works for you, stick with it. Otherwise I'd try MCC.

Storm is a great product that has both MCC & Monohydrate so you get the best of both worlds, I just didn't want to name drop a product

Look at Green Mag. They have both Dicreatine Malate and MCC in it.

Wow. That's a 2 in 1 creatine. Will definitely take a look at it.

    Storm > GM imo
I love Controlled Labs so much... but Storm wins here.
Storm is almost always cheaper, and is pretty much the same as GM, accept there is less MCC and DCM since it has some mono in it. But it has those extra goodies in it that makes it good for pre workout. GM wins on taste though
