You're really overthinking this. You would be better served finding a carb source that you can tolerate and calling it a day.

The difference's between any of them will be so negligible that it likely wont matter.
Speed of glycogen replenishment really isn't an issue unless you have another athletic event later in the day.
so dextrose/maltodextrin, waxymaize, vitargo, gatorade, hell even swedish fish - anything will work really. I would just make sure to follow it up with a whole food meal in case you're effected by quick rises and drops in blood sugar.Realize that anyone with an affiliation to a supplement company in their signature has ulterior motives when making recommendations. They're primarily concerned with pushing their products. Not your safety or what's best for you.

Dextrose is simply a form of glucose. Your digestive system breaks carbohydrates down to glucose for your muscle cells to use.
For a post workout bcaa, creatine, and dextrose has no significant benefits. BCAA is just the three amino acids Leucine, isoleucine, and valine. There are a lot of other things missing like the amino acids to build muscle fibers. If you insist on having a post workout drink add some whey protein powder.
Bcaa, creatine, and dextrose is a pre-workout drink I use when I have not eaten hours before my workout. The purpose of the drink is for energy and to minimize muscle catabolism.Last edited by JerryB; 04-28-2011 at 08:42 PM.
How can you visualize training a muscle if you don't know its structure?
