RE: Sleep. I can never get to sleep after taking a pre workout with 1,3 dimeth in it unless I then take something to put me to sleep, like an HGH/sleep supplement or melatonin. This is why I only use my presurge unleashed 1-2 times per week.

just bought my first 1mr.. tastes really flat, not sure if it's still good or if i'm just a non responder.. which is kinda rare with 1,3 in it.. hmm. either way, not impressed at all

Hmmmmm I would agree but 1MR gave me a mad crash after I worked out, like taking two sleeping pills, but I killed it during the workout.

Absolutely agree with this, I killed my workouts no problem, but afterwords you may as well have labeled me mentally retarded. The crash left me super tired, and I actually had a hard time functioning, and even socializing. IMO, after trying Vapor,1mr, and NO xplode, NO Xplode has been my favorite, and im back to taking it.

Well alot of you guys believe 1mr makes you crash? Well I personally have been in the gym business quite a long time now and I'm always doing my research . I had used jacked around start of last year 2010 and I thought it was the best pre work until i heard about 1 mr mid last year, I decided to give it a shock and wow it was good, biggest energy pump maybe High caffiene content, but it gave your body the extra push to move up weights in each set, I have crashed once when I took 2 scoops so I guess it was my fault but I personally believe 1mr is alot better then jacked, it all comes down to the persons physical capacity of which supplement suits there body type. So as far as I know 1mr worked better for me an gave that extra push
