Is there a "best" pork rind?

Anyone try a couple of different types and have a favorite?

    Can it be ordered online?

yeah the spicy ones from Baken-ets. Some wal marts carry some from a company called Lutz and they are in like a 1 gallon plastic barrel for cheap. Both of those are puffy pork rinds so you don't have those gnarly break your teeth bits in there. You can get fresh ones from latin food stores, but the quality can be hit or miss.

I couldn't find the Lutz company online (but there is a Dr. from Europe who wrote a book about living breadless).

    But I did find this:

    http://www.rudolphfoods.com/index.php

They have some recipes and an online store (you have to buy by the case).

I might buy a case and try out some recipes.

If anyone finds another online company that makes pork rinds, let me know!

I didn't really like the Baken-ets as much. I just got a bag of Jay's bbq the other day that I ended up eating instead of just having one serving, I couldn't put them down. :-/
