    Leg workouts increase testosterone.

    I do shoulders and legs on the same day. Last week I worked out shoulders first and then legs. I did 210 x 4 on the military press machine the first week. This week I worked out legs before shoulders. I did 270 x 4 on the military press machine.

    Think it was because I worked out legs before shoulders this week and testosterone was released? If this is the case, maybe legs should be switched off to work with different body parts each time to increase the lifts of different muscles?

    I go to the gym 6 days a week. I have a 3 day split that I do twice a week. Chest and Tris, Back and Bis, Legs Shoulders Abs

    On day 3 (Legs, shoulders, abs) I focus on legs more the first day and shoulders more the second day
