Are chicken wings a no-no for keto?? They are obviously a source of protien and fat, but is there alotta carbs in the sauce/skin??

Sweet sauce = carbs Hot sauce = no carbs. Wings are great for keto.

I tried to find it but I couldnt... but I'm pretty sure a dozen have 2g of carbs in them.... Im not completely positive but I remember hearing that.

i think it really varies on how breaded they are, or if they are skinless, which is best...

yes, dont go for breaded, about the skin, as far as I can remember, the skin only contains fat.

What about the chicken strips from the grocery store deli? Safeway to be specific. I sometimes have a lb of them as a treat.
