So I wanted to experiment and see what happens if i drink 4 protein shakes a day. I drank 1 in the morning at 7 am with breakfast. Another at 9:15 after lifting. During school lunch, I have another which is 11:30. Then lifting after school, I have another. Come home eat. So, my stool pattern changed from going everyday to going once every two days. So, if i went on monday i would go on Wednesday. A lot of blood came out and my butt was sore after i came out. I am drinking protein to meet/exceed my macros and would like to continue. However, if the blood thing continues I am dropping it to 1 protein shake a day. Side not, the days of experimentation I did not take creatine which actually helps me pass my stools easily and once everyday. So, this might just be solved if i start taking creatine again. I do drink more than a gallon of water too.
Want to know is it the protein or something else and should i continue and will it be solved if i go on creatine?

I can't go to doctor i dont have insurance. But i might get checked later in the weeks. I will try this one more with creatine and see if this solves it. Lol at you going 2-3 times a day, I would hate wiping my ass that many times. 1 is good for me. I actually went twice one day, one time then came out and later i went to pee and fricken stool just escaped me n i didn't even knew it and was unprepared.

my schedule - take one morning whenever i wake up, hour maybe 2 before i work out, after work out, before i go to bed. creatine consumed from preworkout supp intensity-NXT(jack3d knock off). never had this problem. but note that the protein shakes are half servings but it is ON Serious Mass and has alot of protein and other stuff(cant think of values on the top of my head but if you really want to know it is easy to look up). dont think creatine will help your stool and i dont think the protein caused the blood. but im not sure so i cant really give you any input. just saying from personal experience i havent had any problems.

If you are serious and it only happens when you have protein the answer is likely in your kidney's. The whole myth about a diet high in protein causing kidney damage stems from the misconstruing information from this.
High protein diets with those with existing kidney problems can cause further damage.
