My right hand is my dominate hand , however when i workout i feel more of my muscles working on my left side of the body . and right now the left side of my chest is thicker than the right side and the same goes for my shoulder how do i make it even ? i dont want my muscles to be uneven .

Are you using free weights or machines? Typically machines with cause uneven gains, and free weight are much better. You have to use equal amount of strength from both your left side and right side of your body.

Even with perfect exercises executions, one side is always going to be more than the other due to the part being the main thing for usage (like right hand)

This. The difference OP is speaking of most likely very minor. I doubt anyone but you can see how your muscles are "uneven".

I highly doubt so. Ask someone you know if they can spot a difference between each side. If they can, then you may be right, in which case doing dumbell unilateral movements might be helpful to you.

OP = Original Poster, in this case, it's you. Unilateral means you'll be doing each movement with a hand first, then the other. SirSquat can probably aware you more about how that works, as I'm pretty sure he does quite alot of dumbell unilateral work to get his muscles even on both sides.
