    How to get rid of the fat between the armpit and breast

    I'm sure all women are curious on how the fat between the armpit area and the breasts can be cured. I'm also interested they get so annoying and extremely ugly in my opinion on me. anyone have any ideas on training and diet wise on how to fix them?. i've attached a picture to show exactly where I am talking about.

    I have the same issue as well, but i have noticed it getting better by a combo of lowering body fat and building chest. Dont know if thats the real issue with the area, its just what i noticed on my body that made it better.

    maybe your right maybe it does have to deal with the chest i've been trying to search it and i noticed alot of people stating it helps with chest training. which is one thing im affraid to do. im always worried my chest will look weird if i train it

    yes, and yes! i barely fit into an A cup, and building the ol chest has vastly improved things for me in that area.

    as for the little bit -o- fat right there...eh. even the skinniest of girls have it. i agree tho, work the chest and lower the bf%. that will help

    That was my biggest thing when I was about to get married. I did NOT want that in my pics. Just worked on my chest and it went away. Granted it's back now.. but my wedding pics look great! lol

    I have the same issue and that's one of the things i'm working on. Time to up the chest exercises and look into tweaking the diet some more.

    I concur with the above but I also think it is to do with clothing choice and how tight the item is around the axilla.

    It makes me walk like I'm carrying carpets under my arms. Some people call these hard fatty lumps "Lats" or something...but I'm not 100% sure.

    I do find that doing Lat Pulldowns tend to make the hard fatty lumps bigger though.

    can anyone help?

    if you have an area of your body that has fat on it or loose skin
    doesnt it make sense to you
    to try and build up the muscles underneath that area?
    flat bench( the bar weighs about 45 lbs)
    butterlies (laying on bench) with dumbells
    pec/decs (laying on bench) with dumbells
