    ab slider

    i found the ab slider in my closet few days ago and was wondering if it is better to do regular situps or use the ab slider?

    ab slide works well for me..Well im not overweight but it gives me good toned defintion on my abs

    Thats bull**** - ab work does not remove fat or give you defined abs - the only way to get defined abs is to have low bodyfat - you've been watching too many infomercials!
