Sup guys here's my 2 month progress on Rippetoe SS. Gotta a couple questions..Am I on the right track or am I gaining too much fat? What would you guys estimate my body fat to be? Any feedback/suggestions much appreciated.
Hair straighter, hair blower, and pink towel are not mine and yeah im flexing in the second picture.
Stats:
Old-->New
Weight: 170 lbs-->187
Height: 6'0-->6'0
Squat- 70-->190
Standing Military Press- 50-->100
Deadlift- 100-->210
Chinups- 2x2-->6x3
Bench Press- 95-->165
Bent over barbell rows- 80-->110
Dips-2x2-->8x8

diffrent people require diffrent diets, me i could wake up and eat 3 sausgae egg mcmuffins and 3 hashbrowns and a large OJ and gain nothing.
during my bulk ive gained sum unwanted fat, but its okay thats somwething to expect.
the problem im seeing with your diet is what you consume is being stored as fat rapidly meaning your eating an excess of too many calories.
id go with the aproach of a clean bulk , and have an excess of about 500 calories a day .S.O.B MONEY GANG
