    3 day/week Upper/Lower split routine recommendations?

    After 6 months of All Pro's beginner's lifting routine, I would like try out a 3 day per week upper lower split routine. I work out Tuesday, Thursday and Sundays. Currently on a cut for 3 more weeks.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Lyle McDonald's Generic Bulking routine. Google it. Works beautifully on a cut on a 3-days per week schedule.

    Personally (in Lyle's routine) I prefer to change up exercises between 2 workouts, so I have workout A and workout A1. Like instead of bench I would do incline next time, and instead of squat I'd do deadlift for the second workout, keeps it interesting and motivating.


    Sticky thread by Natural has great routines too, a bit less volume than Lyle's and a bit lower reps. So basically it can be said that Lyle's routine is a bit more for size, and this forum's sticky ones are size/strength, kind of power-bodybuilding approach.
