    Not Sure What to Do

    Heres the deal.....I get home from work at just past 6pm. My last break at work was at 3pm. I plan on working out in the afternoon because its the only time I can while working 12hr shifts 6am-6pm. The gym closes at like 9pm or so and I know I need to eat something before I workout. I have some M5 extreme I will be taking and it says its best to take it on a empty stomache. But going 3hrs without food or carbs for energy while working out doesnt seem smart. I was planning on mixing some whey protein and shreaded whole wheat and drinking/eating that and taking my M5 and going to the gym which is about 30mins away.

    In the past I have taken some whey protein and m5 together and it resulted in me getting sick and throwing up the second time I tried it just to be sure that is what it was. I swapped to a all natural whey protein and done this again and it didnt do anything to me. I was told by a person at gnc is was because I took the whey protein with the m5 that I got sick.

    So what should I do? I dont want to wait around for my food to digest all the way so I can take m5 and go workout. Do you think I got sick because of the whey protein and m5 being taken together or because of another reason? Like taking to much m5 because it has NO in it? What would you do? Should I eat, dont eat, eat and take M5 and go to gym?

    Srry for the long post for one question but I wanted to lay it all out as far as my time schedule and everything.

    Seriously, just ditch the M5 or whatever the crap you're calling it and have a banana with some PB 30 minutes or so before you go to workout and have a normal dinner afterward.
