I find my self eating the same thing everyday for lunch. I bring a salad with chicken, bacon and ham and have that one my first break. On my last break i usually have a sandwhich or a protein bar.Anyone have some suggestions on lunchs to bring to work that will pack in alot of protein and carbs. I usually do chicken and rice or another sandwhich. There is a refrigerator to put whatever i bring so that is nice. But just wanting to see if anyone has some new tasty and nutritious meals....

I take Egg Salad Sandwiches...super easy and delicious
All u need is bread, boiled eggs, mayo, mustard. I also add avocados.
Mash boiled eggs, add mustard mayo avocado pepper and mash till mixed properly (use fork)
Spread on bread and that's it.
(sometimes I also add some shredded lettuce)If the bar ain't bendin', you're only pretendin'

That sounds pretty good!
I like to bring different things in. I’ll make a chicken breast and put salsa and pan fried veggies over top.
I like to bring in Spagetti as well. You can make a bunch and just freeze them.
Chili is always a good option as well.
I prefer to make things in bulk and freeze them for the week and just keep having it. Free’s up the week so I’m not taking up an hour every night making my lunches the following day.

Its really all about a prep day. you need a few hours one day a week ( i use sunday typically) to prepare your meals. You can do a variety of dishes that suits your taste. Rubbermaid and glad bags are your friends. This way when you leave for your day you can just grab your meals for the day, throw them in a cooler and go.
