Stiring Creatine sucks

Right so i've just started loading on creatine.
I'm fed up with stirring so i've been placing the scoop of creatine on my tongue and washing down with water.
Just wondering if this is actually affective?

Ya as long as your getting it into your body. Just drink lots of water still. And I always just add it to my protein shake and put it in the blender, it works so much better then trying to stir it in with a spoon.

Why dont you shake the creatine? Before I had a shaker, I used an empty mayonayse jar.

its completely flavorless.....assuming use just using pure creatine monohydrate....u can put it on/in anything u wish it dont matter as long as it ends up in your tummy

This is a great way to take it ( dry shot ). advantage being as it does not disolve well you will not be leaving any in your glass. On another note you don't need to load creatine. 3-5 grams daily is plenty.

I'm sure there are studies that say no loading phase is needed, however, I have tried both and noticed better results when doing a loading fase. Just my experience.

Just dump it straight into your mouth and wash it down with a glass of water. Creatine mono totally tasteless (or at least it should be if it's quality).

1st off, there's not need to load creatine. There's no scientific evidence that says loading is beneficial. The only reason that is on the tub is so you'll run out quicker so you'll have to buy more faster.

2nd of all, I always mixed mine with Gatorade. The simple sugars in the Gatorade helps creatine absorb better anyways, so it's a win win in my opinion. Good luck!!

OP whatever you do don't stir your creatine its must be shaken not stirred if you stirring renders the creatine usless and your muscles will not be able to absorb the creatine.

i use a shotglass for smaller powders. if its not mixing well then its **** creatine any decent mono will mix perfectly with justa few twirls of the glass. if you are too much of a fruitcake to do powders just cap your own or buy precapped mono is cheap enough to where using caps is ok from a cost perspective.
