So I'v tried Zinc+Magnesium+Calcium (combined pill, its like ZMA witout the B6)
And it doesn't effective.
I don't want to take melatonin because I am just 16 years old.
Has someone tried ANIMEL PM? (is it effective?)
Or has someone have any idea that will help me sleep better?
I woke up when I still tired but I can not sleep anymore, its like something bother me and it doesn't let me sleep. (I sleep 8 hours but when I go out and come back home at 3AM I wake up at 10AM and I really really tired..)

Personally I love the stuff, it's so much more than a sleep aid, the improved recovery is it's best benefit.Free Agent

Being that your 16 years old I don't recommend you take supplements for this issue. There is obviously an underlying issue as to why you cannot get a good night of sleep. It could be anything from your diet, pre-bed activity, mattress, etc. IMO I would go see a doctor if you cannot get it figured out without the use of supplements.
What do you usually do leading up to the time you go to sleep?
What does your diet look like Pre-Bed?
Sleep with the television on?
At best....I would recommend the tea suggestion above.

Before the sleeping I am in the interent and playing the computer..
I sleep witout the television on but I watch the T.V before I go to sleep.
I eat at the last meal 2 hours before bed:
cottage cheese
canned corn
canned tuna
cucumber and tomato
toast with Cheddar cheese
1 slice of bread with natty PB
And yogurt
10 minutes before I go to sleep I take the combined pill.
Maybe I have some stress in my life but how can I get over it?

I would still opt away from using sleep aids for the time being....your only 16 and you don't want to be on sleep aids for the rest of your life.
You should try eating a little closer than 2hrs before bed.
Also try drinking some herbal tea that has Valerian, Chamomile, Spearmint of Peppermint. You can find the sleep teas with this blend in it. This is a great option to help relax you and promote sleep.
This might sound funny.....but you might want to give a sleeping mask a try. I've heard this helps ALOT of people.
Do you take any pre-workout of caffeine products within 6hrs or so of sleeping?
Your body needs a little time to relax and come down before bed....if your not giving it that, then it's going to effect your sleep.
PS: We sell a great sleep aid product, but I don't think that's the answer...hence not recommending it. I'm letting you know this so that you know I'm trying to give you real advice instead of selling you a product.

Really appreciate your honesty.
I will try to get herbal tea with the ingredients that you mentioned (do you have any recommended product of herbal tea?)
I take caffeine pill just 2 times a week but I take it about 8 hours before the sleeping.
I will try to relax and come down before bed and try drinking this tea, I hope it will help me.
I really don't want to depending on sleeping aid products.
I downloaded a minute ago the app for the Iphone which the guy mentioned in his post (I hope it will help)
