    Its interesting to me that some peoples answers don't include protein.... Only two supplements you can use and no protein? Maybe I see things differently I guess.

    I can get all my protein through diet alone, even eat eggs post workout. But I can't get adequate levels of creatine...

    Yeh thats the only correct answer I would accept in response to my question... I have a feeling that some of the people who didn't list protein, don't have a good diet like your advocating though.

    Have you ever looked at how much red meat it takes to get 1g of creatine? How about the 3-5g you would normally supplement? It's a lot. I'm not at home but i have a page bookmarked with the amount of cooked beef that you need for 5g of creatine and it's like 25lbs or something lol. So in essence it IS possible to get your creatine needs from beef, it's just not that ideal.

    Edit: Just looked it up. 5g of creatine would equal roughly 5lbs of raw red meat.
