I really do not feel satisfied working each muscle group only once a week so I've decided to come up with my own routine. Which follows this pattern
A-B-C-REST-A-B-C
with each muscle group getting about 3 days rest before being worked again. Now I know triceps will get worked chest day, same for shoulders thats why I'm coming to you guys. Do you think it's too much? I have been eating alot more (3300cals/day) to compensate for amount of training I'll be putting my body through.
These are the exercises contained within each workout
A - arms
Chin ups, BB curl, Skull crushers, close grip bench, Triceps pull downs, Preacher curls
B - Chest/legs
Incline db press, dips, cable crossovers, incline flies, Squats, leg extensions, leg curls, calf raise
C - Back/shoulders
Pullups, lat pull down, Db seated press, Dead lift, Db row, Seated cable rows, BB uprow.
Any advise which order I should perform them in? My main goal is hypertrophy and too gain size and mass. Thank you for your input!
