Are my calfs good for not having worked out?
I'm trying to figure out what body type I have.
I'm 6' 3" and weigh about 195 lbs. I have not worked out serious ever, only in spurts of maybe 2-3 months max. But I have been physically active, walking and bicycling a lot, as well as swimming. I have a pretty wide chest, and "athletic" look, although not the type that has absolutely no bodyfat. I think I have around 10%.
I just measured my calfs, in totally cold condition. Actually its kinda cold in my apartment right now. The left one was 16" and the right one 16.5". Is this a good size for someone who never lifted seriously over an extended period of time, and my height?
What body type am I most likely?
