Hi everyone, I'm 19, and I just had a quick question: I'm kinda not satisfied with my current height, and just wanted to know if there's anyway I could grow taller.

dont know if there's a true solution that'll help a person grow taller but keep working out, eating healthy and hope for the best. it pretty much comes down to genetics

ive also heard that a good diet can help you become a bit longer

It's genetics
you could use a Adult Height Prediction calculator (find it on google) it calculated my height accurately. Some people don't stop growing either until their early 20's so depending on your age you could still have some growth left in you.
