Have you tried IF (intermittent fasting)? Skipping breakfast and incorporating fasted workouts 2-3x a week has been the best thing to happen since starting my BB journey. I follow the 2 meals a day protocol, one 3-500 cal meal 2-3 hour pre workout then an epic 15-1800 cal feast post workout. Steady cutting 1-2lbs per week while gaining strength, its pretty amazing.

I don't know how much your worried about calories, but I like to make a little breakfast scramble. I'll take 3 or so eggs (or whites), and scramble them with maybe a cup to a cup and a half of frozen chopped spinach that I first heat in the microwave, all that scrambled with a quarter cup of feta cheese.
It's not many calories, you get lots of spinach, and the feta and spinach combo makes it taste like some Greek food or something. Pretty delicious!
I also just add a slice or two of Canadian bacon or real bacon - bacon doesn't have that many more calories than turkey bacon and I think the flavor is much better.

love all the replies. getting some great ideas for a great breakfast. i do eat consistently throughout the day. im sure like everyone here i LOVE food. and i love to cook so i make 1-2 cooked meals a day. I made this honey chicken stir fry last night that was ****ing delicious. heres the recipe so you guys can try. i know its not breakfast talk but i had to share. and i used noodles instead of rice.
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 garlic clove, minced
3 teaspoons olive oil, divided
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 (16 ounce) package frozen broccoli stir-fry vegetable blend
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon cold water
Hot cooked rice
Directions
In a large nonstick skillet or wok, stir-fry chicken and garlic in 2 teaspoons oil. Add the honey, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until chicken is lightly browned and juices run clear. Remove and keep warm.
In the same pan, stir-fry the vegetables in remaining oil for 4-5 minutes or until heated through. Return chicken to the pan; mix well. Combine cornstarch and cold water until smooth; stir into chicken mixture. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1 minute or until thickened. Serve over rice.
I added some shrimp btw. made it 100x better :-D

My breakfast has been -- 3 or 4 eggs, 2 large whole grain pancakes with berries and bananas cooked in topped with butter and sugar free syrup, 2 turkey sausage patties, and a glass of either orange juice or whole milk. I'm hungry after maybe an hour and a half after eating this so I could just imagine how you feel after your breakfast. Definately add some meat in there but then again like previously stated, it all depends on your fitness goals.
