Thanks guys!
Yeah, I've been lifting for a few years now, and legs are definitely my weak spot. I've had no motivation to do them since high school football, but I have been getting back into it recently.
I can't seem to be able to gain any more muscle and have hit a plateau for quite some time.
My 420 squat is miserable compared to my 320 bench.
But thanks for the feedback and if anyone can gimme an estimate on bodyfat % I'd appreciate it.

Haha my routine will probably make most ppl cringe at the split, it's pretty much all stuff I made up and I don't really follow any plan already out there. I also RARELY switch it up..
But it looks like this:
M/W/F: bench, incline bench, sometimes decline, tris, a few sets of bi's, dips, pull-ups, and abs.
T/Tr: hang cleans mixed in with standing shoulder press, squats, seated shoulder press, rows for back, pull-ups and abs.Last edited by Jackson87; 02-10-2011 at 11:51 AM.

Thanks guys. Yeah I never noticed how skinny my forearms are.
Also, I don't know how to make my chest bigger, I put up 320 on bench but seem to have stalled.
As for bf% I used a handheld calculator thing and it spit out 10.3% and I got it done with a caliper and that spit out 6.7%, although I think both of those are too low? I dunno
