I am 6'4
When I began to lose weight I was over 400lbs, I lost over 150 in exactly one year and reached 249. (LISS cardio and calorie deficit)
At that point I decided I didnt like how i looked and entered the gym for the first time in my life, I've bulked to 280 in the past 6 months.
I am now planning to cut and hope I look better at 250 than I did last time.

They vary from dumbstruck to resentful of the new me, it doesn't phase me one way or the other. I did it for me, not for anyone else.
Some people are very proud and happy (the family), and I'm glad that my grandparents saw me turn my life around before they pass away since they are very elderly and have taken care of me all my life.
I used to have alot of loose skin under my arms but as you can see it has tightened up during my bulk. My gut is still here, its not so much loose as there is still a pocket of fat all in my midsection. My legs are also tightening up as my arms did.
I'm not too worried about loose skin at this point based on how far it has come already.
