    JTJ5707 Daily Nutrition

Just learned I can post a daily nutrition log! Woot!

Today is a recovery day so I need to pay close attention to my diet.

    6:30am - Myofusion Chocolate
    10:00am - Oatmeal
11:30am - Chicken Caeser Salad w/french roll (520 cals ouch!)
Pumping some Ice Tea with lunch to help with afternoon sweet cravings (works like a charm!)

Will probably have some walnuts around 2ish, then I am supposed to have dinner out tonight. I hope I make the right choices. Maybe something simple like chicken and veggies.

I'm fully intending to jump onto this log everytime I want something bad so I may have alot of entries by the end of the week lol!

Well my plans for the walnuts as a snack went down the drain. My teeth are hurting too bad from my braces to chew them today. I went with cottage cheese as a backup, but probably not enough cals for a true snack. I have dinner out tonight so I'm sure I will make up anything I lost lol! Hopefully I will make smart choices at dinner and avoid any guilt.

I'm beating myself up big time over my mess up. Today was going so perfectly. I had my protein shake for breakfast, had a skinny latte, had a half sandwich w/soup (wasn't my planned meal but still did alright), then the problem hit me big:

BRIDAL SHOWER!!! A coworker had a cridal shower this afternoon and I was roped into going. Was great, had fun, but my blunder was about 1/2 cup of pasta salad, and a peice of whipped mouse filled cake. Small peice, but was not even close to my budgeted amounts. Aside from that I do have spinning tonight so I will have to have yet another snack prior to class so I don't feel sick in class. I feel like I messed up my whole day. Grrr. So let me think about how many cals we are truly talking about here.

    AM Shake 250
    Coffee 210
    Lunch 530
Bridal Shower eats (cake 250 guessing, pasta salad 100)350

So basically I've nearly met my daily intake already :'(

Guess I can't take it back now. I will eat light before the gym and super light for dinner. Maybe just a protein shake with water.
