I'm liking overall what I'm reading here.

HoneyBadger300 glad to hear he's awake but sad to hear of the brain damage. It's odd seeing someone you've talked to after something like that. I have an uncle who had a brain tumor removed, he's at about the mental level of a 15 year old now. Still can talk to him but you can sense it's different.

Patting my own back here: Got up to 180lbs, marching onward. Probably at around 13% bodyfat or so. Not worried, a nice long bulk and I'll cut after.

Thanks for the well wishes. I've never had golfer's elbow, but I wonder if lifting with straps would be good for it? Something to try out.

Thanks as well. I live in Tulsa, but I know where weatherford is. There seems to be a few Oklahoma lifters on here, trying to meet as many as I can.

update: Gf's dad had his pelvis fixed the other day, has been in a 12 day coma. Woke up recently but due to having 2 heart attacks and minor stroke, there's *some* brain damage. However he addressed his wife and daughter today and told them that he loves them, he's also been responding to directions from doctors and nurses. It's amazing what the human body can endure. Thanks for your prayers and well wishes.

The last time I was in Tulsa I went to a motley Crüe and kiss concert. And the time before that was for my brother breaking his humerus at the hallett race track. That's good he is doing better, and your right about the human body, I've seen people recover from some insane injuries...

Weight update- tonight I was at 160. All time weight high for me. Strength is also up. Pushing a little more weight. I was taking a rest day yesterday and my brother talked me into going on a bicycle ride with him and it ended up being a 26.5 mile bicycle ride. I was worried I would shed a bunch of weight and **** up my whole plan with the bulk but it didn't hurt me.
