Kinda expected this reaction but it somehow works for me. The only time I am skeptical about it when I am doing heavy deads
Of course it would be a no no if I were a cardio guy, no way I am running/jumping around with a tummy with some milk in it. I do no cardio whatsoever so am fine* Skinny to non skinny transformation crew * - I am gonna effin nail this

Ordered supplements and am just waiting to get back on the saddle after a long time...I worked out before and gained 20 lbs muscle in a 6 month period granting me the confidence to ask out this beautiful girl I worked with. Lifting is the easy part, the 6 meals a day is what makes gaining mass a challenge but I know I can get back what I once had.

Well, my arms are at 15.5" flexed so I'm not that skinny anymore. Weighed in at 177lb last time I went to the gym, thinking I might cut to 170lb roughly. It's summer, can't hide the abs during summer.

You should continue to add on mass then cut. Cutting 7 lbs isn't that much though
Wow, props for putting on some mass and getting the girl You could do 4-5 meals aslong as you hit your macros. 6 is hard but its not impossible for people with a crazy work schedule. (Like me)
LMAO I saw this picture before, so true.We Win OR We Learn

Destroyed myself at the gym yesterday, I pulled 185 in the DL going slow and keeping my form. If i know myself correctly, Wednesday i will make it to 195... Slowly but surely i will get up there.
I won't be weighing in till end of Deecmber, but i do estimate i've gained a bit.“He that cannot forgive others breaks the bridge over which he must pass himself.”- Edward Herbert

sorry for the confusion!
If you look at the progress pictures the pictures taken on OCT 21, Those are my before pictures, I started back up the next day (the 22nd) that is the beginning of my 2 months. and the ones taken today are the after.
I actually make my own routines up, Currently doing 4 days a week.
Chest/Tri
Back/Bi
Quads/Ham
Shoulder/Calv
I change it up every month, and change the order depending what my goal is for that month whether it is concentrated on the width of my back, or thickness and so on. If that makes anysense.
thanks though, still a long way to go, I see your stats are 191, ahhhh need to hit that , but its going to take awhile. Looks like you will hit 205 before meWe Win OR We Learn

hormones dont have anything to do with it brah, post ur before/after pics after ur cut. take measurements too.
skinny brahs, i want to say one thing to all of you!
LIFT HEAVY TAKE MULTI IS A COMPLETE JOKE. Lifting heavy doesnt do chit for adding mass. The only time you should lift heavy is for deadlifts and squats. Everything else, should be pure MMC not worrying about weight. You can listen to me now, or waste years figuring it out yourself. Its no wonder kai and phil and jay lift in the 10+ rep range. its not only because they are juiced up.Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA)
