Also, I have not been true to my whole story. I left a part of my story out because everyone just puts my progress under the carpet when they hear this and forgets how much dedication I have devoted to this ever since then.
Right around when my gf broke up with me was also when my endocrinologist prescribed me Testosterone to see if his theory was right. I am osteoporitic, and none of them can figure out why, I broke my arm in 2009 from playing dodge ball, a spiral fracture on my right humerus.
They found this very strange, so I got bone densitometries done. I came back quite osteoporitic, with a hip bone equivalent to that of a 70 year old. So from 2009-2010, I have been on 5000 iu vit D and 1500 mg Calcium for a year. I once again got blood tests done, my vit D levels were great, now time for the densitometry. Nothing has changed, I did not lay down more bone...
My doctor then gets me to test my testosterone. Total Test, I was above average, Free test, I was just about below the lowest it can get to stay average, and my SHBG was very high. He theorized that because of my high SHBG, I had no testosterone in my body to function like an average person. He decided to prescribe me test.
I am currently finished my last injection of Delatsteryl. My regiment was an injection of 1mL of test every other week, which was 200mg each injection. This week is when I do my blood tests again and send my doctor results for my bone, so I might be off test very soon.
This next hurdle, so to speak is whether or not the test was the main factor that applied this mass and strength. I am sick of all the haters and judge me and throw my progress out the door because I got prescribed some test so I can have regular levels like many others...
I am going to shut everyone up, and put in twice the effort when I am off the test and just show those haters that they are just ****ing lazy.
But yes, I am sorta ashamed to mention that due to all the hate and judgmental comments I get, but no need to hide this from a progress report.

Routine:
Trying a modified version of rippetoes for this comp. Been stalling the past two weeks on the regular rippetoes so hopefully this will switch things up a bit. Squatting 1 less time a week now since I think the reason I've been stuck on squats is because of doing it 3 times a week. I'll be doing more Military Presses instead as I feel my delts are lagging. Adding curls + ab/oblique work for the first time in my life for teh lulz! Always been told to stay away from them but it's experimenting time! Chins have never worked out good for me so I removed them. I can do 7-8 with my bw and even though I go to failure every time I never end getting sore or visible bicep growth.
Here is my revised version:

Unless they took gallons of blood from your body, your weight should not be affected.
Protip: if you want to really record bw, only weigh in once a week, in the morning.
Thats really the only effective way to find out how much you are gaining/losing.
Only reason I say this is because I used to weigh myself every day/other day when I was lighter.

QUick question:
Im 5'8
22 turning 23 this summer. Im not sure im happy with the results im getting.
I weight 185 now, last year i was 178... lost four lbs a few weeks ago..barely slept.
my torso relaxed is 43' and arms flexed is 15 1/2..
food baby stomach its about a 32
im eating about 5000+ calries on training days and days off are about 2500-3000+ calories.

Wow, that is the spirit to have.... I was thinking about it...and for some reason I really do believe with that much motivation you will go pretty far. So i have decided to actually let you participate in the contest. Even though the others are acouple more days ahead of you, you should do just fine.
But this is what you have to do.... and you will have til the end of the week to do it.
