Thanks a lot man, I feel so much better it's not even funny.
Yeah, I quit cold turkey but with kind of a twist. My mother wanted to start a detox diet but no one would do it with her, so I volunteered. You can only eat fruits and veggies and only drink water for a week, and I quit smoking the day before that. The cravings for food far outweighed the cravings for a cigarette so I think that's what helped my finally quit this time.
I was in the Navy, Master-at-Arms, it's like a LEO. I was in Dam Neck, VA and GTMO. I got out in 08.
I just box for fun, been doing it my most of my life, grew up in a rough neighborhood blah blah, lol. So I don't know if I can quit that.

I'm starting on a long and relatively clean bulk now. Currently i am sitting on 136lb, i was 141 last week, but i got the flu, and lost some weight. I have gained about 15lb of lean mass in the last 5 months (the first 3 months i had no clue what i was doing :P). Gonna spark it off this week i hope, if my lazy ass supplement shop could be a bit faster on the delivery -_-. Aiming for about 165-170lb. It's gonna be though but i'm gonna stay with it. Ill throw in a weekly update on how it's currently going, wish me luck :P

Clean bulks are always the best kind of bulk, you can have some cheat days though!! Not too many though. 15lbs is pretty good! Congrats on that, if you order from here they usually get to you within 2 days! I love their shipping and the prices are pretty cheap! What did you end up getting??? GOOD LUCK, CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOUR RESULTS / UPDATE

Oh! OKAY, i see the weight gainer will def help hopefully it doesn't have much sugar, and too much fat. I usually make my own weight gainer and its cheaper and more cleaner than most weight gainers on the shelf. HMB, i am using that right now also you will like it a lot. My soreness went away, and increased my stamina, engery, and maintained muscle mass while using it. Makes you stronger also!! Never really heard of that company before, i looked it up i see products for socks lol i guess its the wrong company that i found!!

Gotta say that looks damn good. I had completely forgotten about fruit pies until seeing this post! Wouldn't mind an apricot one myself (minus the PB as I'm not sure how that'd go down).
I'm pretty much the same as redmond3 at times. It's a kind of love hate thing. Sometimes its easy to eat, and others its a bit of a task to get it down. The current PB I have (organic/natural) is hard to eat unless I'm having it in a shake. I had it on toast and it dried my mouth out so much I had trouble trying to swallow it hah. I think it's just a matter of this brand though.
Well yesterday was a sad day for me. It was one of those days where I just wasn't that hungry at all. Not sure why, could have been that I didn't have enough sleep as that seems like the only thing different about the day.
Anyway, hopefully I'll be back on track today. I must say, I'm pretty impressed with myself the other day when I managed to come out with these at the end of the day:
Calories 3,017.89kcal
Protein 146.73g
Fat 100.01g
Saturated Fat 41.30g
Sodium 3.74g
Carbohydrates 374.74g
Sugars 193.57g
Some of these values may be a little high for some of them, but I'm open to criticism and what I should be trying to keep down, etc.
So, with any luck, I'll be able to push myself to get some similar macros today.
I just found out that I can make a quick little shake that would be good throughout the day. It's:
250mL Milk
20gm WPC
20gm Choc Nesquick
20gm Milo
And comes with:
Calories 407.79kcal
Protein 27.60g
Fat 12.74g
Saturated Fat 8.40g
Sodium 0.157g
Carbohydrates 44.08g
Sugars 38.54g
It's probably a little high in sugars for peoples likings though?
Cheers and good luck to everyone,
Nathan

Yes peanut butter makes my mouth dry too hard to go down, lol eating a lot is hard, you will get use to it and will be able to increase it! What i do is try waking up early and eat and try to shoot for every 2-3 hours i try every 2 hours or so, usually 6-7 meals. Try to keep the sugar low, and increase your protein intake, and increase calories make sure they are clean calories though! But thats good if anything just drop the sugar and you will see gains. If your weight starts staying consitent increase your calorie intake about 400-500 ! Good luck i wish you the best come back and update us at the end of the week or whenever possible!

Yeah, I'm confident that I'll stick to it from now on, and whenever a thought creeps into my mind about skipping a meal, I'm able to overcome it and stuff my face!
I've been getting up early lately (around 7ish) but have slept in a couple times due to late nights, but its usually up at 830 at the latest. I'm going to get into a better patter from now on so I can eat like clockwork (eg. 7am, 10am, 1pm, 4pm, 7pm, 9pm).
When I saw the sugar for that day, I figured it might be pretty high, but I should be able to avoid that when checking what foods I'm eating. I'll plan my meals ahead of time and make adjustments where I need to get the macros for the day.
I'm hoping that by the end of the week (assuming I make 3000/day everyday) I'll be able to weigh in and let everyone know how I'm doing.
Cheers for the encouragement, and I hope you and everyone else is having a good week (so far).

You will do great, don't you worry. Take small steps first, no rush you will met your goals, and transform yourself. What helps is if your aiming for 3000k a day and eating 6 times a day then that means each meal should be roughly around 500 calories. If you do it like this it may be a little easier, always helps me!
Thank you, i have came a long way thanks for bringing that up, motivates me even more. Yes it was very embarrassing...110 lbs... eating 3 times a day. that was a rough time in my life, even though i still had fun. Still self conscious about myself and still consider myself skinny. This is why i made this thread and group. I can relate to so many people out there that are skinny, it really is hard. And changing your habits are just as hard, and it takes alot...... I hope i can help anyone who is looking for help and help motivate them to change, and start NOW. Now matter how old you are... you will feel so much better about yourself. I know i have along way to go, but im not in it alone, i have my fellow skinnies, here supporting me and i have to set a good example. Thank you for your support. I appreciate it anything you need I WILL TAKE TIME OUT AND HELP YOU, bodybuilding related or not.We Win OR We Learn
