Alright guys im new here and new to body building.
im 6' and 155lb. skinny!
i have a few questions i need help with;
i feel sick after working out, sometimes i throw up
best beginner workout split? need weekends off mainly, would prefer 4days a week at the gym at most if possible.
let me explain the sickness question. in october i started p90x (i know not good for bulking, but some people said it works if you eat right and take out cardio) i got it for free so i figured id try it. it was great except for the fact that i felt like total sht after doing it. i mainly blamed it on being out of shape and never doing anythine this intense, so my body was in shock. but i did it for 3 weeks and it never stopped. at the end of week 3 my grandfather passed away, so that set me back a bit. then i had some financial trouble and had to work overtime a lot and didnt have time to do p90x everyday.
i would start feeling sick at about 40min into the workout every time. and then for a good hour, almost two after the work out. i would have to lay down for a while til i felt better. i couldnt even eat or drink a post work out because of it.
so i stopped for a while. and now i have my sht together and i joined a gym.
I started yesterday, with plans to follow a work out guide i found on here. "Short cut to size" i think its called. Well i got to the gym, and got a little overwhelmed with all the equipment ive never used before, so i just started doing back and bicep workouts. I was feeling great. getting a good pump going, jammin to my tunes and wouldnt you know it, about 40min in i started feeling awful. I started to take it easy and finished my set and stopped after that. for fear of puking in the middle of the gym lol
i dont know what it is thats doing this but its really frustrating. because i love working out, it feels great.
all i ate about an hour and a half before i went was yogurt with granola and a glass of milk. (i learned that eating anything big before i workout, i throw up. first few days i p90x i ate eggs and a banana, thinking i was fuelling myself for the battle. but in reality i was prepping for self made disaster)
any ideas?
and also im thinking the guide i found is a little much for a beginner, so any help on a basic routine would be great.

this is how you bulk
8 jumbo egg whites + 4 yolks (64g protein, 24g fat = 720 cals)
2 slices wheat toast (36g carbs 8g protein= 180 cals)
3 tbs olive oil 360 cals 42g fat
100g oats 66g carbs 8g protein 320 cals
total 1580
