    Does creatine make you fat?

I am trying to get ready for the summer and I can afford to lose no more than 5 pounds in order to be able to see my six pack once again. My question is, can I take creatine and a nos product like superpump and still achieve this? I am sure it will slow it down but I still almost 4 months before it will be warm enough to take my shirt off. I would really like to gain some muscle because I am currently only 160 pounds but I don't want to sacrifce my abs in the process.

Thanks for any help in advance,
    Joe

Creatine will make you hold some water weight, but itll also make your muscles appear a bit fuller.

Youve got 4 months... Take the creatine, itll help you in the gym.

no it will not. Maybe some water weight, if you are worried about that then look into a Micronized Creapure

eating too much food will. Monitor your diet to regulate your phyisque

Creatine doesnt make you fat, but if you start taking creatine and all the sudden you make dietary changes to bulk you will gain fat. Has nothing to do with creatine though, and dont let a few pounds of water discourage you as this water weight wont make you look fat either.

Check to see if superpump has creatine in it (Im unfamiliar with the formula) but keep your creatine intake at 5 grams total max a day.

The rest of them pretty much hit the nail on the head, but just to comment on the abs thing, any of the water weight you gain, or bloating, you'll lose right away when you start cutting.

There is also "creatine nitrate" which actually may excrete water once you start taking it.
